About.
We are committed to introducing our future soccer stars to various programmes that will assist them in reaching their full potential in the journey of their beloved game, regardless of race, gender or social status. Our programmes uniquely impart basic and critical skills that every soccer player needs to have as they progress through their soccer career. This is key for a development phase as it requires a player to apply speed and repetition in order to develop them to become a professional player in the future.
We won’t just throw an exercise program at you and expect you to stick with it; we work with our clients on self-care, eating healthy and exercising for mental health. Our coaches are highly trained, passionate, regular people just like you. We understand the messy realities of life and that’s why every single program is completely personalised to fit your lifestyle in a realistic way.
The main reason why most gym-goers don’t choose 1-on-1 training is the cost. Group fitness and normal gym memberships will be cheaper, but the extra cost of 1-on-1 sessions is worth it. When you join group fitness, you’re sharing your trainer with several other people. While you will get more attention with this method, you still won’t get the same level of personalised attention and planning that you would receive with a 1-on-1 session. The career path of a player with potential to develop into a professional soccer player will take form of Elite1on1 relationships with the various soccer academies with an aim of recommending players.

The Importance of one on one Soccer Skills Development
Team training normally only constitutes a few hours a week and the chance to focus on the individual is scarce leaving gaps in the soccer player’s development.
At every level of the game, 1v1 duels are a fundamental part of soccer. It is very important for players to develop the skills to feel confident and thrive through situations during game situations.
Understanding that 1 on 1’s occur throughout the game, and giving kids experience in these situations, is crucial to helping them develop a technical base and preparing them for their journey in soccer.
Role of the Coach
Player Development
What exactly is the coach’s role — recruiter, expert teacher, trainer, agent, personnel manager, administrator, promoter, communications expert, diplomat, spokesperson, psychologist, impartial judge, disciplinarian, caring friend, counsellor, parent substitute?
A coach assumes all of these diverse roles. For the coach, the greatest reward should not be the outcome of development, but rather the process of training and competition that positively affects the personal development of young players. Great coaches use sport as a vehicle to enrich the lives and futures of their players.
